A very big thank you to our friends at Cedars Care Home – Barchester Healthcare for raising over £1,000 for us.
We have enjoyed developing our friendship this year taking over the raised beds and making them beautiful again for the Cedars’ residents.
We are also facilitating an evening carer support group open to the community.
We look forward to this relationship continuing to grow as time goes on.
