A big thank you to Cedars Care Home – Barchester Healthcare for opening up their beautiful gardens once again for our Dementia Support South Lincs. morning. It was a chilled morning, with a little bit of weeding and sprucing, following on with nice a cup of coffee in the home’s cosy lounge.

It was our third Gardening group at the wonderful Cedars Care Home – Barchester Healthcare this week and the raised beds are truly blooming. The sun was shining, the tools were out and everybody tucked in and had lots of fun as we continued to create this beautiful, magical garden.
