A big thank you to Cedars Care Home – Barchester Healthcare for opening up their beautiful gardens once again for our Dementia Support South Lincs. morning.
It was a chilled morning, with a little bit of weeding and sprucing, following on with nice a cup of coffee in the home’s cosy lounge.
